We present to you our newest product, the MB-980 automatic die-cutting machine, ideal for cutting rolls of paper into sheets using wooden dies. It is an indispensable solution for the production of paper cups or in printing factories. One machine is able to meet the need for 15 paper forming machines.

The MB-980 is controlled by a PLC, and the paper roll is fed using a servo motor. You can pre-configure the die-cutting method by following the color code or setting a specific cutting length. This is especially convenient for rolls with or without printed paper.

The wooden die is air-locked using a pneumatic coupling, which makes replacing the die an easy task. The sensor and the web guide system provide more precise die-cutting. The automatic lubrication system facilitates daily maintenance.

The paper feed and discharge are controlled by a single button and the same motor, providing smoother paper feed and better orientation, as well as improving the stacking of finished products. The overload protection system makes operation safe. We use key parts from a leading imported brand, ensuring stable operation of the machine for a long time.
