The raw materials for the egg tray making machine come from reed pulp, rice straw, slag pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp and other types of pulp boards and paper waste, cardboard paper waste, white paper waste at the edges, pulp waste from paper mills and other basic paper waste, a wide range of sources, easy to collect. The capacity is 1000 tablets - 6000 tablets/hour. Required operators: 5 people/shift: 1 person in the pulp preparation area, 1 person in the molding area, 2 people for pushing and drying products and 1 person for packaging.

The whole egg tray production line mainly consists of the following parts

Pulp preparation system

The pulp portion is an important part in the production process of cellulose molds. We can use old newspapers, magazines, cardboard and other waste paper, after grinding, sieving, adding chemical additives and other processes to adjust to a certain concentration of cellulose for molding. The main equipment of the pulp system: hydraulic crusher, vibrating screen, concentration control device, agitator, automatic pulp addition system, pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet, pulp bucket, bucket, etc. Depending on the different quality requirements of the finished product, we can choose to increase the concentration of cellulose, fine cellulose, equipment such as pressure sieve, grinding machine, etc.

Molding system

Under the influence of vacuum, the cellulose adheres evenly to a special molding mold to form a wet raw product, and then is transferred to a drying system or to natural drying.

Drying system

Pulp products after pulp molding, as a rule, contain more moisture, need to be dried to remove moisture from the product. Brick Kiln Drying: The brick kiln drying line has the characteristics of new structure, reasonable design, low one-time investment, high thermal efficiency, durability, easy maintenance, safe operation, etc. And according to the user's local fuel conditions, it can be designed to use steam, heat-conducting oil, natural gas, gas, anthracite, low-smoke coal, wood, bark, bamboo waste as fuel.

Metal Drying: The drying line uses fuel oil (gas), electricity or steam (heat-conducting oil) as a heat source to heat the air and dry molded cellulose products in hot air (180220). The water evaporating from the products is extracted by a fan to achieve a fast drying effect.

The metal drying line has a single-layer drying line and a multi-layer drying line; if the equipment is equipped with a single-layer drying line, the floor area is large, the length of the workshop cannot be less than 70 meters; if equipped with a multi-layer drying line, the small occupied area, the length of the workshop is 40 meters, the height of the workshop is 4.5 meters, small volume, can effectively keep the heat inside drying line. Compared with multilayer steel egg tray equipment, single-layer steel egg tray equipment occupies a large area, and the cost is not cheaper than that of multilayer steel drying equipment.
