The Cheetos production line uses corn grits as raw materials and allows for the production of irregularly shaped Cheetos after extrusion. After seasoning, a crispy product of different flavors is obtained, which is in great demand. The extruder feeder with vibration regulates the feed rate of the raw material. The feed screw speed is controlled by a frequency converter and can be adjusted freely. The mechanical gear provides manual control of the extrusion head clearance, and the control of the manual wheel base makes it easier to insert the feed screw into the extrusion drum.
