Toilet Paper Production Line

The line begins with the procurement of raw materials - wood, which serves as the main component for the production of toilet paper. The wood is subjected to special treatments such as crushing and bleaching to obtain a soft and homogeneous mass.

Formation of paper pulp

The resulting mass is subjected to the formation process on special equipment. Here it turns into a strip of paper, which then goes through a series of processes aimed at giving it the desired characteristics, such as density and thickness.

Drying and separation processes

The next step is paper drying. This can be done by rolling the paper through heated drums. After drying, the paper is separated from unnecessary elements such as excess moisture or other particles.

Processing and application of layers

At this stage, additional layers may be added to improve the quality and characteristics of the toilet paper, such as softness, strength or aromatization. This may include the use of special chemicals or the addition of additional layers of paper.

Rolling and packaging

After all the previous steps, the paper is rolled into large fringes. These rolls are then packed in special packages, where they are ready for further distribution and use.

Quality control

The whole process is equipped with quality control systems that monitor various product parameters. This includes measuring the thickness of the paper, checking for defects and checking the characteristics, ensuring high quality of the final product.
