• The spiral arrangement of the blades on the shafts eliminates intermittent shock loads on the shafts, bearings and gearbox.
• Independent replacement of blades as they wear out reduces maintenance downtime.
• The blades thoroughly mix the material, wiping it from impurities and ensuring maximum delamination, abrasion and erosion of lump clay and other plastic and layered pollutants.
• The trough is made of soft low carbon steel. The length of the trough is 6000 mm. The width of the trough is 2300 mm. The recommended angle of inclination of the trough is 9°.
• The rounded shape of the trough eliminates the accumulation and congestion of material.
• The design of the trough and the loading funnel minimizes impacts and friction of the processed material on metal surfaces. The material creates a layer that prevents the wear of the inner surfaces of the trough and increases the intensity of friction and collisions with each other of the particles of the processed material.
• The lower bearings are washed with clean water to prevent clogging and damage by small particles of recyclable material.
• The system of remote lubrication of bearings.
• An irrigation pipe with nozzles is installed along the entire length above the trough, through which water is constantly added to the material.
• Constant mixing of the material prevents the settling of fine particles of clay and silt.
• The floating particles are discharged together with the waste water through a special spillway.
