The principle of operation of our model

The veneer roller drying machine is an important equipment in the drying section in the plywood manufacturing process. This machine consists of a main roller drying machine, heating equipment (can be thermal oil or hot air) and a control cabinet (PLC DELTA).

In the upper part we install a hot air blower, in the lower part we install an exhaust fan. The drying chamber mainly consists of conveying rollers, main air duct, secondary air duct, end air duct and return air duct with hot air.

1. The rollers of this machine are used to transport the veneer core from the entrance to the exit of this veneer dryer and can ensure the straight-line movement of the veneer without stirring.
2. The hot air manufacturer passes hot air through the main duct into the secondary duct and then into the final duct. The hot air is directed to the surface of the veneer, and the moisture, meeting with the hot air, is transferred from the veneer to the hot air, then the moisture evaporates, and the core of the veneer is effectively dried.
3. As for the hot air furnace, during the production of hot air, some hot air can escape into the atmosphere through the chimney, but this machine has an additional heat recirculation system that allows efficient use of excess hot air, preventing its loss.
