The fluidized bed vibrating dryer is a reinforced drying equipment for special purposes, which is usually used for the final drying of materials. The principle of operation

The raw material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer through the inlet and moves forward under the action of vibration. Hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with wet raw materials. Humid air is discharged through a cyclone and a dust collector, and dry raw materials are discharged through the outlet.

Application

It is suitable for drying, cooling and humidifying powdered and granular materials in the chemical, food, filing and mining industries. It can be used simultaneously for drying, cooling and humidification.
