Description:

In comparison with dryers of a similar model, the drying layer of the dryer with a mesh plate has more than 4 times the heating area, the heating time of rice at low temperature is longer, which contributes to the migration of internal moisture to the outside. When using the same amount of fuel, the drying time is reduced by about half at the same temperature, which effectively reduces drying costs by almost half. In an old dryer with a cross-flow and a grid, the dense openings of the screen are often clogged, ventilation after clogging is not smooth, moisture is not discharged properly, the grain heats unevenly, the drying time is lengthened, and the screen needs to be cleaned frequently.
4. The transmission base has been replaced from a mechanical screw transmission to a funnel-shaped gravity circulation, which reduces grain crushing and reduces mechanical failures.

The principle of operation

Grain crops are fed from above using a bucket elevator, through a feeding device, which ensures constant full filling of the equipment during operation. An exhaust fan introduces hot air into the tower body, through the combined action of internal inverted V-shaped deflectors and alternating rows of V-shaped deflectors, so that grains can mix with hot air, as well as provide access for dry air. Most of the drying air can be reused, the water vapor generated during drying of the material is removed through the dryer exhaust system, which reduces fuel consumption. The 5HKB series dryers use a low temperature drying method to achieve optimal results.
