Description of Venlo greenhouses

Construction

Venlo greenhouses have a variety of design options for structural elements, including farms, which are manufactured according to individual customer requirements.

Equipment

Each model of the Venlo greenhouse is equipped with the necessary technological equipment.

This kit includes:

Hydroponic trays or shelving,
Climate control systems,
Auxiliary components, including lighting systems, protective screens, CO2 fertilization and assimilation illumination systems,
Fertigation and irrigation systems,
Heating systems, boilers and gas piston installations,
Carts for harvesting and so on.

Foundation

Depending on the bearing capacity of the soil, the foundation of Venlo greenhouses can be bored or pile-driven. Concrete or galvanized steel columns with dimensions 140x140x1000 (1200/1400) mm are installed under each internal steel column. Holes for foundation elements are drilled in the ground with a diameter of 50-60 cm to a depth exceeding the level of soil freezing.
