A line for washing and slicing fruits and vegetables

Lifting machine

The TS-T30 lifting machine is used for lifting and transporting materials. It has a Z-shaped design, convenient for feeding the material. The transport belt can be selected from stainless steel mesh or polypropylene (PP) tape. The movement speed is controlled by a frequency converter, and the housing is made of SUS 304 stainless steel. The materials are loaded into a hopper, lifted by a conveyor belt and transported to the next process, which is ideal for supporting the production line. The machine is stable in operation and easy to use. The equipment can be customized according to customer requirements such as speed, size, material, etc.

Bubble Washing Machine

The TS-X200 bubble vegetable washer (custom model) uses high gas pressure to create bubbles, a circulating water pump for mixing and a lifting device for triple cleaning by high pressure spraying. Effectively separates dirt and impurities on vegetables. The water supply during the high-pressure spraying process is adjustable, which is convenient for flexible adjustment depending on the amount of processed vegetables and the degree of purity. The conveyor belt can be selected from PP plastic or stainless steel.
